Neighbours’ Day at Priory Grange
On Thursday, 10th November, the show home doors were opened at Priory Grange, Stevenage Old Town, to welcome neighbours for an exclusive preview afternoon. Two days prior to the official launch, neighbours enjoyed viewing the 5 bedroom show house and appreciated the opportunity of seeing the transformation the development had brought to Rectory Lane.
The launch celebrations continued with a VIP lunch for industry colleagues followed by the champagne opening weekend. Over 60 potential homebuyers attended the launch and 2 reservations were made during the weekend.
Putterills’ New Homes Sales Manager, Kay Sheppard, said, “Despite some concerns about the economy, the local housing market remains buoyant. We were delighted with the number of visitors to site, especially bearing in mind the time of year, but weren’t surprised by the many positive comments and 2 reservations, as the houses are finished to an outstanding specification.
