We appreciate that buying a new home is perhaps the greatest financial decision you are likely to make. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional new home and to make your customer journey as informed and straightforward as possible.

Prior to reserving your new home, we will provide you with the specification and layout of your chosen property and details of any pre-contractual information you will need to enable you to make an informed decision.

Upon reservation, we will complete a reservation checklist of the important information pertaining to your plot and discuss the specification and customer choices available to you.

We will guide you through every stage of the buying process and if you have a related sale, we will check that is proceeding well. We will keep you informed at all times and respond promptly to any queries you may raise.

We have recommended financial advisors who may help you with your mortgage requirements.

If you do not have a solicitor we can recommend one from the selection known to us.

We will provide you with regular updates as to the construction progress of your home and the date for its completion.

Prior to taking occupation of your new home, we will invite you to a home demonstration visit where we can show you how everything works.

On the day of legal completion, our sales advisor will welcome you to your new Beechwood Home, take the meter readings and handover your keys.

Your new Beechwood Home has a two year warranty and you are also protected by the 10 year Buildmark cover from the NHBC or similar industry regulator. Full details of this cover are outlined in the NHBC "Guide to Your New Home" leaflet, which is provided to your on completion.
